Spooky Halloween Bark– this is the easiest halloween dessert using candy melts and spooky halloween theme eye ball sprinkles! Halloween bark is great for a last minute dessert option and can be used as a cake topper, candy to snack on or favor bags!

Halloween is a holiday favorite in our household. Mostly likely because I grew up in a town that buses kids in for trick or treating with each house giving away thousands of pieces of candy!
Since trick or treating is cancelled this year, I am going to share a few easy and simple ways to still get into the Halloween spirit!

WHY MAKE CANDY BARK THIS HALLOWEEN
Spooky Halloween Bark is the easiest way to get into the Halloween Spirit! Mostly because only takes 5 minutes and a few ingredients and can be customized for any holiday.
I just love how simple this is to make yet it can be turned into a fun activity for the kids to break the chocolate into a million pieces!
Halloween Bark has so many different uses such as a fun cake topper, candy to snack on while binge watching Halloween movies, or package in gift bags to gift to friends this year!
WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE CANDY BARK
- Candy Melts- we used orange and white colors for halloween theme! Found at Michaels or on Amazon.
- Halloween Sprinkles- We loved the spooky eye ball sprinkles and used the large and small sizes! Also found at Michaels or Amazon.
- Baking Sheet & Wax Paper


Spooky Halloween Bark
Ingredients
- 1 bag orange candy melts 12 oz
- 1 bag white candy melts 12 oz
- 1 bag Candy Eye Ball Sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Set aside
- Place candy melts in a saucepan on the stove on low heat until completely melted.
- Once melted, pour onto the wax paper and spread with an offset spatula or knife into a thin sheet. Decorate with eye ball sprinkles, chopped candy, or sprinkles of choice!
- Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to cool and harden. Break into uneven pieces and enjoy!
