With the holidays comes a lot of baking, drinking, and eating. I like my cocktails festive yet simple with minimal ingredients. This cocktail is inspired from Empress 1908 Gin From the Ashes cocktail but we slightly modified it.
Now lets get right to the cocktail recipe! Pair it with a holiday dessert like our Ginger Molasses Cookies!
3 Ingredient Gin Holiday Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Aperol
- Splash of lemon soda
Instructions
- Shake the gin and aperol and pour in a glass over a large cocktail ice cube. Optional to add cranberries to ice ball, garnish with sugared cranberries, cinnamon stick and sprig of rosemary.
